2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the nature of the fabric. Such differences do not necessarily qualify as a defect.

3. Orders

When you place an order with LIBASSEEN, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Complete delivery address

  • Active phone number

  • Correct product, size, and quantity

LIBASSEEN is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or other circumstances that may affect the fulfillment of the order.

4. Pricing & Payments

All product prices displayed by LIBASSEEN are subject to change without prior notice.

The customer is responsible for paying the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery or other charges communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier service.

6. Exchange Policy

LIBASSEEN offers an exchange policy only. We do not offer refunds or money returns.

An exchange is available only when:

  • The customer receives a defective or damaged dress, or

  • The customer receives the wrong dress/item.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

The item must remain unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and must be kept in its original condition with the parcel slip, tags, and packaging.

  • A clear picture of the parcel slip.

  • Clear pictures of the defective item showing the issue, or pictures of the wrong item received.

All exchange requests are subject to review, verification, and approval by the LIBASSEEN support team.

7. Non-Eligible Exchange Requests

Exchange requests will not normally be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Change of color preference

  • Change of size preference

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Washed or altered items

  • Damage caused by the customer

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Issues that do not qualify as a manufacturing or delivery error

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking their order upon delivery and contacting LIBASSEEN promptly if they believe they have received a defective or incorrect item.

Customers must also ensure that the product is kept in its original condition while an exchange request is being reviewed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content associated with LIBASSEEN, including our brand name, logo, photographs, product images, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, belongs to LIBASSEEN or its respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
